In early June the first residents moved in fully, with the rest to follow by July

Late May 2006 ground was broken and foundations poured for Phase II (units 5-8 and 11-13). Units 5 to 8 are completed.

September 2007 Phase II completed (units 5-8 and 11-13). All 14 attached home units completed.
