Common Pastures is building on only 10 acres of the land we own. Development rights on the remaining 116 acres have been granted to Vermont Land Trust utilizing a Perpetual Easement Agreement. The structures within our building envelope will include 4 town-house type attached units along a pedestrian walkway and 12 lots for custom homes around a large, open green. Parking for cars will be on the periphery of the building area.
